I retain all rights to the artwork and may print and showcase the art for advertising purposes.You are not permitted to reproduce and sell the artwork without my permission. If you intend to use the artwork for this sort of purpose, you must make me aware beforehand. Please note that it is highly unlikely I would sell a piece of commissioned art unless under very rare circumstances and with a client's permission, though I retain the right to do so.

If you require the full rights to the artwork for a specific purpose, I am happy to discuss this. This will have an additional fee depending on your usage needs and may require a contract.

My artwork may not, under any circumstances, be used for Non-Fungible-Tokens (NFTs) or any blockchain or cryptocurrency related services or technology. Such use is strictly prohibited.

My artwork may not, under any circumstances, be used in AI / Artificial Intelligience art generation of any kind. Such use is strictly prohibited.

I accept payment via paypal only. I use paypal invoices, so please do not send me the payment before I am ready. I will invoice you when I am ready to do your commission.

You may request a refund at any time if I have not yet started your commission. I will give you an estimated start date when I take payment.

Once I have begun work on your commission, I cannot refund you. Please be sure to get a feel for my art before commissioning me so that you have a good idea of what your outcome may look like, as I will not refund if you are unhappy with the final product.

For large-scale commissions - If you have already approved a sketch and sent your first payment, I will be keeping 25% of the entire commission price if you then request a refund. Thus if you have sent half of the full price, I will refund you 50%. If you have sent the whole price up front, I will refund you 75%. The money I keep covers the time spent on the sketch and correspondence.

After your initial commission request message, I will aim to get back within a couple of days. I will let you know if I am happy to do your commission, and will ask for any additional information I need. Please note that I have the right to refuse any commission be it either for personal or practical reasons. Please see my list below of wills and will-nots.

I will quote you a price (either based on the above or a new one if necessary) and you can let me know if you're happy to proceed.

When I am close to your commission on the list, I will send you an invoice for the payment.

Depending on the cost and scope of your commission, I may send you a rough sketch before proceeding with the final artwork. For cheaper commissions, I will proceed with final artwork straight after payment, but something complex may require you to approve a rough sketch first. If you would like to request seeing the sketch as part of the process, please tell me this when you fill in the commission form.

I aim to complete a commission within 2 weeks of taking payment. Some large-scale commissions will require longer and I will outline the timeframe to make sure you are happy before beginning work. If this then changes due to an emergency or unexpected turn of events, I will let you know and we can go from there.

Your commission will either be uploaded to an image hosting space where you can download it, or sent to you via WeTransfer. Please be sure to download it as soon as possible.

I will go back and make changes to a commission if it is a mistake I have made. This can and has happened before, so please let me know if I have made a mistake.

I will not make changes if the mistake is not mine. For example, if there was something you forgot to tell me about your character, then that is not my mistake and I will not make this change.

If the change absolutely must be made, I will charge a small fee.

YOU MUST RESPOND TO ME WITHIN A WEEK TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGES. If you do not mention about changes after having your commission for a full week, I will assume you are happy and won't be making changes. Please once again be aware that I would like some degree of artistic license with these commissions, so if you are not prepared for me to adapt a commission to my own style, please reconsider commissioning me.

Please note that your commission will feature a small watermark. I will not be providing you the commission without the watermark. In most instances, I will do my best to keep the watermark small on the main file, and I tend to add a more obvious watermark when I share it online.

I request that you use a watermarked one when posting online.

You are welcome to post it anywhere online, providing I am tagged and/or creditted wherever you choose to use it.

I will be posting your commission to my online spaces. At this stage I will not do private commissions. However, if it is a special case, such as a birthday present for someone, I am more than happy to wait before posting it! Just let me know beforehand.
